You are entitled to a full refund if your order falls under any of the following circumstances:

You do not need to return the product. Once the refund is approved, the watch is yours to keep — at no cost to you.
Processing Time
Once your refund request has been approved, we will process the reimbursement to your original payment method promptly. Please allow the following timeframes:
