  • All technical specifications (e.g., water resistance, movement type) are provided based on manufacturer data.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Kivaro does not store your full financial data.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • As part of our current promotion, we offer Free Shipping on all orders.

  • Delivery times (estimated 5-10 business days) are projections and not guarantees. Kivaro is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services (Royal Mail, etc.).

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all protective films intact.

  • Returns that show signs of wear or adjustments (such as removed bracelet links) may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

The content, logos, designs, and images on kivaroshop.com are the property of Kivaro. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kivaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
